1. Who we are

Pharmacy Times Nigeria Learn is a professional education service for pharmacists and pharmacy teams. Platform notices and legal correspondence may be sent to:

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

3. Courses and enrolment

Course descriptions, pricing (in Nigerian Naira where shown), and access rules are displayed at the point of enrolment. Completing a purchase or free enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course content for learning purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly republish course materials without written permission.

4. Payments and refunds

Paid courses are charged through our payment partners. Prices are generally shown in NGN. Refund requests may be submitted from your learner dashboard for eligible paid orders and are reviewed by our team. Approval is not automatic and depends on course access already used, the reason provided, and applicable Nigerian consumer practice. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may result in account review.

5. Assessments and certificates

Where a course offers a certificate, you must complete the required lessons and assessments honestly. Certificates are issued by Pharmacy Times Nigeria Learn and may be verified online. Misrepresentation of credentials, sharing answers, or attempting to falsify completion may lead to certificate revocation and account action.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, harass others, or use the service in a way that breaks Nigerian law. We may remove content or restrict access where necessary to protect learners, tutors, or the Platform.

7. Tutors and staff

Tutor and staff accounts are provisioned separately. Tutors remain responsible for the accuracy of content they publish and for complying with professional and Platform standards. Revenue, payout, and review rules shown in the tutor or staff consoles form part of these Terms for those users.

8. Disclaimer

Course content is for professional education and general information. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, employer policy, or advice from a licensed professional in your practice setting. We provide the Platform on an “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Pharmacy Times Nigeria is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for a paid course claim is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be raised with support; unresolved matters may be submitted to the courts of Kaduna State, Nigeria.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
